These terms govern access to and use of dolen.info and all editorial content published under the Dolen Review name. By visiting dolen.info or engaging with any content published here, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms in full. Dolen Review is an independent editorial publication focused on everyday wellness practices. The publication is not affiliated with any commercial, governmental, or institutional body.

SECTION 01 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Access to dolen.info is provided on the condition that you accept these terms of service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of this site immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, readers, and any person who communicates with the editorial team via the contact form or by any other means. Dolen Review reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of dolen.info following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or with the use of dolen.info shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 02 — NATURE OF CONTENT

All articles, essays, notes, and editorial commentary published on dolen.info are produced for informational and editorial purposes only. The content reflects the observations and research of the editorial team and contributing writers, and is not intended as professional guidance of any kind.

Articles published on Dolen Review are editorial in nature and reflect the writers' observations on everyday wellness practices. The content is not intended as professional advice, nor as guidance for the management of any specific condition. Readers with specific concerns about their daily routines are encouraged to speak with a qualified wellness professional.

Dolen Review does not endorse, recommend, or promote any specific eating plan, nutritional programme, commercial product, or food brand. References to dietary approaches within editorial content are made for the purpose of analysis and commentary only. The publication carries no advertising and maintains no commercial relationships with food, nutrition, or dietary programme businesses.

The editorial positions expressed in individual articles represent the views of the named writers and do not necessarily reflect a single unified position held by the publication as a whole. Where writers hold differing views on the same subject, both may be published in the interest of balanced editorial coverage.

SECTION 03 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on dolen.info — including but not limited to articles, editorial text, images, design elements, logos, layout structures, and navigational composition — is the intellectual property of Dolen Review or its contributing writers. All rights are reserved under the laws of England and Wales and applicable international copyright conventions.

You may read, share links to, and briefly quote from content published on dolen.info for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that the source is clearly attributed to Dolen Review with a working link back to the original URL on dolen.info.

To request permission for any use not covered by these terms, contact the editorial team at [email protected]. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and will receive a response within fifteen working days.

SECTION 04 — ACCEPTABLE USE

Use of dolen.info is subject to the following conduct requirements. You must not use this site in any manner that is unlawful, harmful to others, or contrary to the integrity of the publication. The following uses are explicitly prohibited:

SECTION 05 — ACCURACY AND EDITORIAL CORRECTIONS

Dolen Review takes factual accuracy seriously and applies a two-editor review process to all articles before publication. Sources referenced within articles are checked for accessibility and relevance at the time of publication. However, the publication makes no warranty that all content is free from error or that referenced external sources remain accurate or accessible over time.

Where factual errors are identified in published articles after publication, Dolen Review will review the claim, and where the error is confirmed, a correction will be noted within the affected article. Material corrections are acknowledged via a brief correction notice appended to the article. The date of correction is logged alongside the original publication date.

Dolen Review does not remove published articles in response to commercial pressure, reputational concern from third parties, or requests from subjects of editorial commentary. Removal of content is considered only where a serious legal obligation applies or where a factual inaccuracy cannot be corrected in any other way without misleading readers.

To submit a proposed factual correction, contact the editorial team at [email protected] with the article URL, the specific passage in question, and a clear explanation of the proposed correction along with supporting evidence where possible.

SECTION 06 — EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Articles published on dolen.info may include links to external websites, research publications, databases, and other third-party sources. These links are provided for reference and further reading only. Dolen Review does not control the content of external sites and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, currency, or lawfulness of content found at any linked address.

The inclusion of a link to an external source does not constitute an endorsement of that source, its publisher, its editorial positions, or its commercial interests. Readers are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when following links to external content, particularly where that content relates to nutrition, eating behaviour, or related wellness subjects.

External websites linked from dolen.info operate according to their own terms of service and privacy policies. Dolen Review is not responsible for the data practices of any external site. Where you follow a link from dolen.info to an external site, the terms and privacy policy of that external site will govern your use of it.

If you identify a broken link or an external link that appears misleading or harmful, you are welcome to notify the editorial team at [email protected] with the relevant article URL and the specific link in question.

SECTION 07 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dolen Review provides content on dolen.info on an "as available" basis. The publication makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. All content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolen Review accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from your use of dolen.info or from your reliance on any content published here. This includes, without limitation:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the site
  • Any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of editorial content concerning eating habits, nutritional consistency, or related wellness subjects
  • Any loss arising from the unavailability of the site or interruption to access
  • Any loss arising from access to or use of content on third-party sites linked from dolen.info

Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

SECTION 08 — EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

Dolen Review operates as an independent publication. Editorial decisions — including subject selection, article framing, tone of commentary, and the choice of writers — are made solely by the editorial team and are not subject to commercial influence. The publication accepts no advertising, carries no sponsored content, and does not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage.

Contributing writers to Dolen Review are required to disclose any material commercial relationships that could influence their selection of subject matter or editorial positions. Such disclosures are noted within the relevant article where applicable. No writer is permitted to write about an organisation in which they hold a financial interest without prior disclosure to the editorial team.

Dolen Review's editorial independence is central to the publication's value as a reference resource. Any attempt to influence the editorial content of the publication through commercial pressure, legal threat, or other means will be logged and, where appropriate, publicly acknowledged.

The Privacy Policy is available at privacy-policy.php. The Cookie Policy is available at cookie-policy.php. Both documents are reviewed annually and updated when relevant law or the publication's practices change.
